I Love Being a Minimalist

After spending all of 2010 traveling alone in South America, I have become a bona fide minimalist. I rejoice in purging and the slimmed-down closet containing only clothes that I actually enjoy wearing. I wrote up my tips for minimal living in the latest issue of Natural Health magazine’s back page section, “Make One Change.” If you want to pare down your life, here are some places to start for keeping life simple.
