Working with Sasha was such a meaningful experience. I’ve continued thinking about the themes of pleasure and empowerment we explored and have been intentionally weaving more of both into my daily life—and even into my work with clients. It has sparked a beautiful, ongoing process of reflection and growth. Sasha created such a comfortable, natural environment that I sometimes almost forgot I was in a session at all. I’m deeply grateful for the experience and its lasting impact.

I sought out Sasha for coaching and guidance as a family medicine physician transitioning into a career in physician coaching. Coming from outside the medical world, Sasha brought fresh perspectives and ideas that were unencumbered by medical bias and challenged me to look beyond my usual linear way of thinking. Her attentiveness, insight, intelligence, encouragement, and unwavering belief in me buoyed me through a steep learning curve and a significant period of transition, ultimately helping me find steady work in my new career. Through a variety of coaching techniques, Sasha helped me uncover—and ultimately free myself from—the narratives and beliefs that were holding me back from reaching my potential. She has a remarkable capacity for empathy and an ability to see and understand the world from another person’s perspective. I am deeply grateful for her guidance, support, and belief in me throughout this important transition.

Years ago, I had the opportunity to witness part of one of her workshops, and what stayed with me was the wonderful atmosphere she created. The participants seemed genuinely happy, more confident, and deeply connected to themselves. It was inspiring to see so much openness, joy, and support within the group.

I have come to Sasha a few times over the years to help with indecision. I feel good about saying that her coaching is filled with honesty, clarity and compassion and one can tell that it is based on her own life experiences and creativity, as well as her own many years of being a life coach.
I really enjoyed speaking with Sasha and felt quickly understood by her! We spoke about burnout, creativity, entrepreneurship and finding the courage and confidence to do new things and move toward a more meaningful and creative life even when fear is present. I won a coaching session with her after sharing the story behind my creative project Riot Play and my longing for a more creative life. She was warm, curious and very easy to talk to, I left with a lot to reflect on afterwards, including an exercise she suggested called the Fear Inventory. I would definitely recommend working with her if you are navigating change, creativity, self doubt or wanting support moving toward a more authentic life.

I found Sasha really easy to talk to and thoroughly authentic - though I was the one who was mostly talking during our session, it felt like a conversation, more so than a coaching session, and as such, removed much of my discomfort throughout the process. She steered me into more of a leadership-based discussion about halfway through, and though I don’t really consider myself a natural leader in terms of extroversion/speaking up/taking the reigns and managing people, she reminded me I don’t have to be super public and outspoken in my leadership, but there are many different models to “step up” as a leader…that my “vision” is part of the leadership quotient as well, and possibly co-leadership might be a more sustainable model for me, something I found refreshing as a more introverted “lone-wolf”.

I started working with Sasha as I approached my 50th birthday and was carrying a lot of heaviness about being single and childless — not the life I had planned. She made me feel safe, seen and supported while helping me challenge old narratives and rewrite the story I’ve been telling myself about my life and future. I’ve truly enjoyed working with her and feel more grounded, empowered, and hopeful. I highly recommend her.

Being coached by Sasha was a deeply transformative experience. The quality of her attention is unmatched. There was a lot of trust. Her presence really aids in the feeling of trust in myself and trust with her, which allowed me to be able to really let go, go deep and find a truth that I was totally surprised by. After working with Sasha, I feel so much more clarity about my direction forward, about what's next for me, how I want that to look, and how I want to be and show up in the world to accomplish the things I want to do with my life.
Working with Sasha for the last few months has been life-changing. She helped me set realistic goals, encouraged me along the way, and before I knew it, I accomplished everything I wanted in half the time. Sasha’s warm yet effective coaching style made it easy to release what was holding me back, and with her guidance, I was able to make drastic life changes that I otherwise wouldn’t have. I’m so grateful to have worked with her.

I joined Sasha Cagen for her self compassion class and was so happy that I did. Right away I was impressed by her composure when greeting participants as they came in and sorted out their technical difficulties. Sasha had a way of making me feel instantly comfortable. She greeted each of us warmly and had us introduce ourselves. That made it feel even more warm and welcoming. Self compassion is not a new subject for me, but what I gained from this class was the feeling that I am not alone in struggling with this. When I’m having problems with self compassion, I often think everyone else has life figured out. Listening to the other’s anecdotes and feelings about this was very helpful in reminding me that this is something many of us need to work on. Sasha taught us a few simple yet effective techniques that are helpful for every day life. She also recommended a fantastic workbook that is already helping. The class was a great reminder that this is a practice that requires daily attention. With everything I learned in such a short time I am already seeing results. Sasha is a true professional with so much to offer. I’m looking forward to working with her again.

Ms. Cagen created a safe space where I felt comfortable speaking truthfully about my experience. I am grateful to have had the reminder that the voice of the inner critic, while seemingly loud and harsh, is not the only voice on the mike. It's a realization I expect to turn back to again and again. Thank you.

A live Pussywalking workshop in Bali by Sasha? Yes please! Sasha certainly knows how to hold space, create fun most of all, help us connect to ourselves! I didn't really know what to expect before the workshop but I knew enough about Sasha to trust it would be enriching. And I was not wrong at all! I felt embodied, confident and sensual and I find the techniques that Sasha taught us to be practical and easy to use whenever I need to reconnect to that self. Besides Sasha is a very interesting person and it's worth joining any of her events just to get to know her a little !

When you're in any major life transition, Sasha can help. She has many clever, practical solutions to get you through it -- most of all -- She cares. And she has a gift for finding all the blind-spots. No person can see their own; it takes an experienced, intuitive to shed light on old habits that get in the way. Sasha read me like a friend who's known me for years. After working with her for just a few months I've gone from feeling very lost and overwhelmed with my job search, to finding a whole new approach, and a new direction for my path.

Sasha brings joy, compassion, and a sense of delightful fun to sessions. I highly recommend her if you're in need of a wriggle out of the darkness and someone to provide the necessary encouragement and options to find your version of a turned-on life. When the Turned-On Living group coaching came across my email, I knew it was my time to work with Sasha. She aligned so well with my own inner knowing journey and has continued to light my way through the year. The group coaching is exactly what I needed: Women from different walks of life coming together to explore the connection with themselves and the world, their bodies, and big questions. Sasha holds each of us, giving space while keeping us on track every step of the way. Since the beginning, we've been a part of creating what the program looks like together. Sasha hears what we need, she has the ability to uncover what's underneath and guide us to discovery. I couldn't imagine another teacher-storyteller for this journey.
