JUMPSTART YOUR LIFE COACHING PROGRAM

Get moving toward creating

the life you really want…

You know how when you want something badly, but no matter whatever you do you can’t seem to do you can’t follow through?

There’s where my life coaching program comes in. I help you figure out what you want and follow through to get there.

I created the Jumpstart Your Life Coaching Program to bring together everything I know from my own unconventional life and my work with my life coaching clients over the last 10 years.

We will work closely to articulate your desires and dreams (the first and most important part) and then create the steps you need to take to get there, baby step by baby step.

Along the way, I’ll teach you key practices of bravery, self-compassion and self-acceptance too, so you are enjoying each and every step of the journey.

We will also include your body.

This life-changing work will stay with you because it becomes embedded in your physicality. When you anchor a lesson in your body beyond your brain, it becomes part of you.

Kelly Macias

Working with Sasha as a coach has been really important and transformative for me, and I have worked with other coaches before. Something about Sasha’s style and experience as a tango dancer, as someone who wants women to be empowered, happy and comfortable with who they are is really unique and important. I can’t imagine not having worked with her and having the experience I had in tango and back at home. You will learn things about yourself and feel glad you did it. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about working with Sasha to give it a try, you will learn all kinds of things about yourself that will change your world.”–Kelly Macias, writer and DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) consultant, Washington, DC (the beautiful photo comes from Kelly’s Tango Goddess Photo Shoot that she did with our team in Buenos Aires)

“I decided to work with Sasha when I ended my last relationship, and was trying to find a better way to be alone again free of codependency. I have worked with a number of coaches, but Sasha is at the top my list. I love Sasha’s “Quirkyalone” and “Wet” constructs. Her approach is distinctive, modern, passionate. She is intuitive, funny, and wise beyond her years. she assigns just the right amount of “playwork” to keep you processing and exploring between sessions. Sasha cares about her clients deeply. Best of all, the objectives you choose to achieve are met—and in my case—exceeded.”–Carrie Branovan, Brand Director, Wisconsin

“The journey of coaching with Sasha has been amazing. I can’t thank you enough for expanding my understanding of sex, sexuality, sensuality and feeling turned on as we have worked to overcome my vaginismus.–Laura, Newfoundland, Canada

What can I help you jumpstart?

That will depend on you and your goals! Jumpstart Your Life is a highly individualized coaching program tailored to meet your specific goals whether in the world of business, relationships, dating, spirituality, and even sexuality (overcoming vaginismus or connecting sexually and authentically with a partner or yourself). All of that is in my wheelhouse.

You could choose to focus on:

Becoming comfortable in your own skin

Navigating life transitions such as break-ups and divorce

Getting a new job

Starting a business

Taking up space and standing up for yourself

Owning your radiance

Finding love, or bringing more passion into a cohesive partnership

My clients tell me what they like about working with me is that I go deep. We will not play in the shallow end of your life.

Sasha is adventurous, wise, and willing to be vulnerable in her work and practice which for me, is HUGE for anyone doing this kind of work. I don’t really trust people with my personal life information that aren’t vulnerable themselves. Her sense of humor and playfulness compliments her depth beautifully. She asks the important questions and actually cares about the answers. Sasha is someone you want in your life. I highly recommend you contact her if you’re looking for an amazing life coach!”–Lindsay Chrisler, Denver, CO

“When you’re in any major life transition, Sasha can help. Sasha has many clever, practical solutions to get you through transitions– most of all–she cares. And she has a gift for finding all the blind spots. Sasha read me like a friend who’s known me for years. After working with her for just a few months I’ve gone from feeling lost and overwhelmed with my job search, to finding a whole new direction for my path.“–Petra Hanson, San Francisco, CA

“Sasha, You’ve been on my mind so much in the last two weeks. On February 4th, I got married. To the man I met right at the end of our Quirkytogether coaching course. We are maintaining our own homes and lives AND we are married. I’m getting everything I ever wanted! Thank you!”–Barbara Berry, Florida

Who it’s for

My clients tend to be highly educated, professional women and self-aware, sensitive men. Most of them found me because of one of my books. Other find me by reading a blog post or simply meeting out in the world.

My clients range in ages from twentysomething to sixtysomething, and they live all over the world: the U.S., Europe, Canada, Australia, and South America. The best part about working via Skype (or Whatsapp) is that you can live anywhere. We find a time that works for both of us, and you can do this work from the comfort of your own home,

I work with people of varying races, ethnicities, sexual identities, and ages. We don’t have to share all the same aspects of our identities. The important thing is that we are willing to talk about our differences so we have an authentic relationship with nothing important held back. I’ve helped:

writers

entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs

nonprofit professionals

startup founders

engineers

lawyers

doctors

branding and design professionals

diplomats

management consultants

doulas

DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) consultants

academics

“As a quirkyalone and someone in need of a little life coaching, I figured Sasha might be the perfect life coach, and she was!  She “got” me from the start and as our time went on I was impressed with how well she knew me.“–Matt, Retired Orchestra Director

Working with Sasha has been instrumental in huge changes in my life. It helped me leave a job and find a new one, it helped me have a wonderful long-distance relationship and feel resilient when that relationship ended. I am so grateful for the freedom and confidence working with Sasha has given me over the past year.”–Megan Cramer, Atlanta Georgia

“I struggle with social anxiety, and I had gotten to the point where I had some serious doubts about being the least bit successful.  Sasha was incredibly helpful in figuring things out and helping me to be persistent and accountable, without being forceful or pushy. Her style, it seems, is to figure out the style that works for her clients, which is very effective.”–Keith, Boston, MA

How Jumpstart Your Life Works

You can sign up for Jumpstart Your Life as a six-, 12, or 18-month life-coaching program. Six months is the minimum amount of time I see to make lasting changes.

We talk 2x a month for 50 minutes to an hour. We talk via Skype or phone so you can do this work from the comfort of your own home.

Between the session, you will have an action plan to keep you moving and growing, getting things done, and accountable.

I call the homework “playwork” because we make it feel more like play than work.

Some examples? Your playwork will be unique to you and what’s up in your life. It could be anything from punching pillows to release anger to taking a dance class to making a list of risks taken that have paid off.

Why I Created the Jumpstart Your Life Coaching Program

At a co-working space in of my favorite places, Florianópolis, Brasil

Jumpstart Your Life is created from the heart based on all the knowledge I collected in ten years of helping clients find paths that suit them, along with my decades of experience as a writer, published author (HarperCollins and Simon & Schuster), entrepreneur, executive, tango dancer, and solo traveler.

My own wake-up call when I was in my mid-thirties. I had taken a prestigious product manager job in Silicon Valley because I thought that’s what I had to survive and check off those all-important boxes of adulthood: marriage, motherhood, buying a home in San Francisco, the city with the most billionaires per capita in the world. You can imagine the financial pressures of living in the SF Bay Area!

Working with a life coach gave me the courage to listen to my body and follow an impulse to go traveling in South America. That decision led me to discover tango (a dance I had never even heard of before), heal deep-seated issues that were blocking my love life, and then make a career transition to life coaching.

I wound up living in Buenos Aires for five years  developing my life-coaching practice while writing a memoir.

My experiences as the author of Quirkyalone: A Manifesto for Uncompromising Romantics, expat, and memoirist who lives outside the box of the American Dream lets me give you tools, perspectives and questions you may not have considered.

Your path will be unique to you, but I’ll share with you the same tools that have allowed me to walk roads less taken.

“I first contacted Sasha because I was trying to get over a broken heart… but that was just the tip of the iceberg. I was struggling with work and dating, amongst other things. Sasha helped me put everything in perspective. I was really impressed with how Sasha made me think about my life goals. I was amazed to see how important it is to simply articulate a goal and think about the steps that I need to take to achieve that goal. I committed to actually following through. Sasha is really fantastic, I can’t recommend her enough!”–Michelle Braiden, Montreal, Canada

If you are considering working with Sasha, DO IT (all capital letters and tons of emphasis)! You will see so much change in a short amount of time. Sasha has a gift for helping people quickly realize what they want and why they’re holding themselves back from getting it.”–Lauren Pollini, San Francisco
