helping women Leaders Enjoy Work (+ Life) Again
You’re great at getting things done and putting out fires. But somewhere along the way, you’ve lost your passion for your work.
For 15+ years, I’ve helped women business owners and women politicians get their spark back at work and in life to do their best work. Often this shift has to do with confidence.
Do you want to break out of the patterns of burnout and come back to yourself and show up as your most powerful, confident self? At work and in your personal life.
Curious about whether I can help you? Let’s talk.
Executive + Life Coaching that Starts with You at the Center
Coaching Made for Women in Leadership
Most clients tell me taking time for themselves sounds like a luxury. There are too many fires to put out!
Yet, lack of investment in yourself is probably how you burned out in the first place. Working together we will discover the ROI on taking time to step back and intentionally develop yourself and create your day, the way you want it to be experienced.
You need a time to drop the mask and get real with someone who can talk to you about what is most important and co-create the way forward.
Think of this executive-meets-personal coaching as therapy for your work and your personal life. This is for entrepreneurs, business owners, women leaders in politics, and all who are getting a lot of things done. Many clients tell me they wish they had done this work with me years ago because the effects are so transformative.
What do we talk about? We can go into the strategic at work with your staff’s culture, and we can talk about your personal life, for example, what you want your fifties to look like, or how you want to approach motherhood while remaining at work.
How to be more confident and less drained by anxieties and rumination so you can be more effective and enjoy your life and work again. I help you make being a woman an advantage rather than a liability with the work we do on helping you connect to the sensitivity of your felt sense through your body.
I coach women on peak performance strategies for all the challenges of the workplace, business, communications, and management. You will learn how to stay centered, grounded, confident even when someone is adversarial.
This is life coaching meets executive coaching for women leaders with a holistic approach and an embodiment twist.
My approach draws upon female embodiment strategies developed from tango dance and performance. You will learn body-based secrets that actors and dancers know for your leadership.

What my executive coaching clients say
“As a female founder in the manufacturing sector, I’ve often been the only woman in the room. Sasha not only reminded me of my female power but helped me harness it as a leader. What does it mean to be a strong female CEO? What does that really look like? Is being “nice” helpful or harmful in this situation? How are you best serving the company you are leading?
I was so grateful to have found such an incredible leadership coach who provided both supportive mentoring as well as concrete actionable tools to help me become the best version of my professional self. As a solo founder, you don’t always have time to step back and self-reflect on what you could have done better or what kind of leader you want to be. Scheduling that time with Sasha was a gift to myself as a Founder. Working with Sasha has helped me become more grounded, ambitious, and confident as a leader.“
–Emily Packer, founder of Coldharbour Tiles, a Berlin-based luxury eco-tile brand that manufactures decorative wall tiles from 100% recycled plastic waste.
“Working with Sasha as a coach has been really important and transformative for me, and I have worked with other coaches before.
Something about Sasha’s style and experience as a tango dancer, as someone who wants women to be empowered, happy and comfortable with who they are is really unique and important.
I would encourage anyone who is thinking about working with Sasha to give it a try, you will learn all kinds of things about yourself that will change your world.”–Kelly Macias, Los Angeles
“I was fortunate to work with Sasha in the latter half of 2024 while struggling with some pretty heavy personal issues. Sasha helped me tremendously in getting “unstuck.” I was able to get through the outcome of the 2024 presidential election with not only my sanity intact, but a newfound fire and engagement that is sustaining me today.
I recommend her unreservedly to anyone looking to take the next step in achieving control of their life and future.”–Jamie Lloyd, New York City
Even though I had held political positions for years, it was only with Sasha’s help that I learned to truly embrace that I am a leader. She enabled me to become more conscious of my role and responsibility, and to reflect more intentionally on where I should step forward, because others are looking to me for guidance.
She also gave me a completely new perspective on political competition. Instead of seeing it only as a struggle for power, she helped me recognize opportunities for meaningful cooperation and mutual benefit, even across political divides.
Sasha deeply understands the challenges and complexities that women in leadership positions often face. At the same time, she has a remarkable ability to highlight the unique strengths and resources women bring to these roles. She showed me the power and authenticity of embracing one’s vulnerability.
I wholeheartedly recommend Sasha as a coach. She has had a profound impact on my leadership journey and personal growth.”
My Journey to Coaching Women Leaders
How I became an executive coach
My professional life has had many twists and turns. Among all the things I’ve done: cofounding a startup in Silicon Valley and selling it within 9 months, publishing two books (at work on a third), starting a magazine, running a business based on tango and personal growth in Buenos Aires.
For the last fifteen years since 2011 I have been focused on helping women leaders, superstars who lose themselves somewhere along the way. That’s my story too.
I became an executive coach with a focus on helping women leaders with a body-based approach (as well as a creative and intellectual one) because I strongly believe that women leaders need to get out of their heads and into their bodies to carve their way forward.
My background includes:
- Silicon Valley entrepreneur: Co-founded and successfully exited a tech company
- Published author: Two books with HarperCollins and Simon & Schuster
- Thought leader: Talks at Google and entrepreneurial forums worldwide
- Chief Core Guide: Supporting women leaders through Chief’s private membership network
- 15 years of coaching experience: Women leaders in politics, business, AI, restaurants, manufacturing, and more
- Tango addict who has danced around the world and teaches women how to use dance as a metaphor for empowerment in business and life

FAQ
Can confidence actually be coached?
Yes! Confidence comes from learning how to dwell in and appreciate what you are doing well as well as focusing on problems, and it also comes from how you hold your body and the energy that you infuse your body with. it’s a skill set, not a fixed trait. I teach you strategies that include mind and body, so that you are really living the experience of transformation.
The women who tell me they are “just not confident people” are typically the ones who, six months into our work together, no longer recognize that description of themselves.
I’ve been amazed by the results of my clients, who go from unsure of being themselves to being recognized in many different ways.
What’s different about being coached by a person vs. AI?
AI can be useful in any learning and growth process.
What I will be helping you to develop is what separates humans from AI. That is your sense of intuition and confidence through connection to your own native energy in your body, mind, and spirit. In many ways the work we will do together are what separates humans from AI.
How is executive coaching different from therapy?
Therapy explores why you feel the way you do. Coaching works on what you do next. My approach combines both strands, the inner work and the practical action, so you leave sessions with tools you can use the same day, not just insight about the past.
What does body-based confidence coaching actually involve?
We work with posture, breath, voice, and physical presence as direct levers for changing how you show up, not as warm-up exercises, but as the core of the work. It draws on principles from tango, somatic practice, and performance coaching. You don’t need to be a dancer. You need to be willing to try something new.
Who is your coaching for?
Women in leadership, founders, executives, directors, ambitious individual contributors, who are performing well externally but know something isn’t connecting internally. If you’ve done therapy, read the books, and still feel like you’re waiting to feel ready, this is for you.
My clients run political campaigns, companies, restaurant groups, and consultancies. They work in diverse fields, from environmental protection to running pilates studios.
They are smart, mission-driven women who have lost themselves along the way in burnout. They come to me for a unique approach that will empower them at work and in their personal lives.
Where are you based?
I am based in Providence, Rhode Island. My clients are based everywhere, from New England to the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City. I’ve also worked with politicians working at a national level in Europe and business owners in Australia and South Africa.
With the wonders of the Internet, geography is no limit as long as we can find a time that works for us both. I’m in ET (NY time zone).
All coaching sessions are conducted via phone or video calls. which makes it possible for me to work with some amazing women worldwide (I love that!).
What does a typical coaching session look like?
We might discuss a strategic challenge you’re facing, role-play a difficult conversation (where I play key stakeholders and give you feedback), work through body-awareness techniques to increase your confidence about whatever challenge you are facing, or unpack patterns like people-pleasing that show up in your leadership, or your personal relationships.
We are on the phone or Zoom. On Zoom I can notice you and we can do physical exercises in a different way where I can observe you.
Despite the seriousness of growth work, I infuse play, joy, and lightness into our sessions. Working with me is an adventure—we have fun.
How long do clients typically work with you?
I do not teach quick fixes, I teach practices that will become part of you as you become stronger, more grounded, and more confident about your ability to deal with challenges.
I tell clients to expect that we work together for a minimum of six months. rHowever, there is no formula or required amount of time. However, my approach recognizes that personal growth happens day by day, week by week, brick by brick. We gain insight through experience.
What if I’ve already done therapy, leadership training or other coaching?
The more you know about yourself already, the deeper we can go with your existing awareness.
Many clients come to me after therapy, leadership programs, or previous coaching experiences. They’re looking for something more concrete, action-oriented, and transformative through the body–that’s what you will get with me.
